Eligibility:
- Candidates must be Indian Nationals
- Only B.Tech Graduates from 34 Listed Institutes below on this page will be considered.
- Candidates must have passed their B.Tech/ B.E. with overall marks 65% and above
- Final Year Students whose Results are yet to be announced must have obtained a minimum of 65% aggregate till their 6th Semester.
- Candidates who have passed out in 2015 or are passing out in 2015 will be considered.
- Candidates must not have had any Gaps or Backlogs in Graduation
- Candidates must have obtained 60% and above in Class X & XII also.
- Candidates must have qualified in GATE 2015 and must have a valid GATE 2015 Score Card.

Work Profile: Selected candidates will be on training for a period of one year in “G2” grade and confirmed to Senior engineer upon satisfactory completion of the probation and training.
Emoluments:
- During Training: Rs.22000-46500/- with the initial Basic Pay of Rs.22000/- per month plus usual allowances as stipend
- After confirmation: Rs.22000-3%-46500/- with the initial Basic Pay of Rs.22660/- p.m. plus usual allowances
Cost To Company:
- During Training/Probation: Around Rs. 7.8 lacs+ accommodation/HRA (30% of basic)
- After Confirmation: Around Rs.9.0 lacs + accommodation/HRA (30% of basic)
Service Bond: Selected Candidates will be required to execute a bond to serve KRIBHCO for a period of three years after completion of training. The bond amount will be Rs.2 lakhs for General/ OBC Category and Rs.50,000/- for SC / ST candidates.
